Founded in 1961 and still chaired by Dr. Christos A. Theodoulou K.St.J. in Larnaca, Cyprus, where his uncle also practised law in the thirties and forties.  The firm specializes in matters of intellectual property (trade marks, patents, unfair, competition, copyright), general business law, Company law (including, incorporation of Business and Offshore Companies), International Negotiations and arbitration, Shipping law, Commercial and Banking law and general litigation and it has also a Section of General Law.

In 2004 the son of the founder Sozos-Christos Theodoulou joined the attorneys of the firm and continues the family tradition.
